I have been wearing this fidget necklace for a while now, and it has greatly reduced my anxiety. The quality of the necklace is fantastic. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a sterling silver chain option for the pendant, especially for individuals who prefer a different style than the rope chain. Nonetheless, it's a wonderful couple gift that I highly recommend
